Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is between 40 and 70 years old; 2. All patients were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to the WHO (1999) diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 3. All patients are accompanied by diabetic foot and have indications for amputation, including: contraindications or intolerance of revascularization therapy and revascularization therapy, painful and difficult to relieve after resting or drug intervention, limbs People with extensive lesions and difficult to heal, severely infected with life-threatening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastric ulcer, gastrectomy; 2. Taking hormones or taking a history of metformin; 3. Immunosuppressive therapy; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Severe trauma; 6. History of malignant tumors.
