Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as colorectal adenocarcinoma through preoperative electronic colonoscopy and histopathological examination (the tumor was within 20cm from the anus). 2. Aged 18-75 years. 3. The enrolled patients underwent laparoscopic (or laparotomy) radical resection of colorectal cancer. 4. The patient had good compliance and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery, including radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2. The nano carbon could not be injected under the colonoscopy due to various reasons; 3. Acute intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and other acute abdominal disease patients; 4. Combined with severe heart and lung diseases, unable to tolerate anesthesia and surgery; 5. Patients with severe coagulation disorder and bleeding tendency; 6. Patients who are allergic to experimental drugs; 7. The researchers determined that other patients were not eligible for enrollment.
