Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the experimental group: (1) Tibetans aged 18-80 years; (2) Voluntary participation in this study; (3) Tibetan patients with large intestinal polyps (colon polyps, rectal polyps) confirmed by enteroscopy. Inclusion criteria for the control group were as follows: (1) Tibetans aged 18-80 years; (2) Voluntary participation in this study; (3) No colon polyp (colon polyp, rectal polyp) was found by enteroscopy in volunteers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of experimental group: (1) Intestinal infections and inflammatory diseases, or uncontrolled infections or sepsis; (2) Patients with polyposis pigmentosa syndrome and familial polyposis; (3) Patients with malignant tumors or cachexia, or with a history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (4) Use of antibiotics, steroids and other hormones and probiotics in the past two weeks; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Patients with major organ failure; (7) Complicated with major diseases such as heart, lung and immune system; (8) Recent Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy; (9) Past history of gastrointestinal surgery; (10) Those who have been in the Mainland for more than two weeks and whose dietary habits have changed considerably with their original habits; (11) Incomplete clinical data. Exclusion criteria of control group: (1) There are obvious symptoms of physical discomfort; (2) There are intestinal infections and inflammatory diseases, or uncontrolled infections or sepsis; (3) Patients with malignant tumors or cachexia, or with a history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (4) Use of antibiotics, steroids and other hormones and probiotics in the past two weeks; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) People with major organ failure; (7) Complicated with major diseases such as heart, lung and immune system; (8) Recent Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy; (9) Past history of gastrointestinal surgery; (10) Those who have been in the Mainland for more than two weeks and whose dietary habits have changed considerably with their original habits; (11) Incomplete clinical data.
