Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age range: 18 to 65 years old, male or female; 2. for AR patients diagnosed, diagnostic criteria: according to the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis (2015, tianjin), (1) symptoms: sneezing, clear watery nose, nasal itching and nasal congestion and other symptoms appear 2 or more, daily symptoms persist or accumulate in more than 1h, can be accompanied by eye itching, tears and red eye symptoms; (2) signs: common nasal mucosa pale, edema, nasal water-like secretion; (3) allergen detection: at least one allergen SPT and/or serum specific IgE are positive; 3. allergic rhinitis duration >=1 year; 4. the patients signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic rhinitis with eosinophil syndrome; 2. patients with severe organic diseases of liver, kidney, heart and brain; 3. patients with psychological disorders and mental diseases.
