Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pus cells were present in the urine routine examination, and the urine culture was negative; 2) Anti-infection and other treatments had not been performed since the onset of the disease; 3) Asymptomatic urinary tract infection, no obstruction/fever, or other symptoms; 4) The presence of PCNL surgical indicators and no contraindications to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The stone symptoms were aggravated, and emergency surgery was required; 2) Preoperative reexamination indicated poor infection control; 3) Examination at admission suggested other surgical contraindications; 4) Patients voluntarily withdrew.
