Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children schedule for strabismus surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 4-6 years, and had received preschool education; 3. The family members' level of education is at the high school level and above, and they were not divorced; 4. The family members understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The parents have cognitive impairment, mental disorder or physical disability. Children with previous anesthesia operation history, children without preschool education, children have mental disorder, stunting, congenital cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental retardation.
