18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination revealed lumbar disc degeneration and herniation, spinal canal stenosis (lateral crypt or central canal stenosis), facet joint hyperplasia and degeneration, intervertebral instability, and dural sac and nerve root compression. 2. Conservative treatment for 6 months, no remission of symptoms; 3. Subjects were able to tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clotting hemorrhagic disorders; 2. Associated with systemic disease cannot accept general anesthesia; 3. With other diseases with surgical contraindications; 4. Activity in patients with infection.
