Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic gastritis, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, functional bowel disease, chronic liver disease, digestive tract tumors, liver tumors; 2. having capacity to complete questionnaires and evaluation projects; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without the computer tomography impage of the third lumbar vertebra; 2. critically ill patients, such as shock, respiratory failure, and heart failure; 3. patients younger than 40 years old; 4. patients with mental illness.
