Age
45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with extensive intraductal carcinoma confirmed by hollow needle biopsy; 2. the lesion not involving the nipple as confirmed by enhanced MR imaging of the breast; 3. Bra cup size B or higher; 4. postmenopausal patients; 5. provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The cutting edge of nipple-areola complex tested positive for extensive intraductal carcinoma twice; 2. preoperative nipple hemorrhage; 3. bilateral breast cancer; 4. inflammatory breast cancer; 5. distant metastasis; 6. other cancers or those who receive chest radiotherapy.
