Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients with elective painless colonoscopy; aged 40 to 65 years, any gender; 18.5 <= BMI<=30; examination time within 30minASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency patients; patients with severe history of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; previous history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery; patients with hemodynamic instability; acute respiratory infection within 2 weeks and no cure history; have a history of gastrointestinal surgery or a history of malformation, such as a history of specialist diseases; patients with diabetes; patients with intestinal obstruction; those with neuromuscular diseases and mental illness; those with hemoglobin below 90g/L; suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives Those who are predicted to have or have experienced difficult airways; those who are known to be allergic to emulsions and opioids; those who do not cooperate with those who are unable to communicate.
