Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 50-75 years; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of Petersen for aMCI: (1) There are complaints of memory loss; (2) The course of illness is more than 3 months; (3) GDS ratings are 2-3; CDR =O.5, the scores of memory test were less than 1.5 standard deviation in age and education matched control group; MMSE>=24; MOCA26; (4) Memory impairment was predominant, while other cognitive domains remained relatively intact; 3. According to the Edinburgh bias test, all are right-handed; 4. Long-term follow-up was agreed and accompanied by qualified informed persons at each follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other neurological diseases and serious diseases of heart, liver, lung and kidney; 2. There are metallic foreign body in the body, such as pacemaker, DBS treatment device, bracket; 3. Those who take benzodiazepines or have a history of drug abuse; 4. Patients with MDD and other severe mental illness.
