18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Asthma was diagnosed according to Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) guidelines and Chinese Asthma guidelines; 3.In the stable phase of asthma, there is no maintenance treatment plan change within 4 weeks before enrollment, no respiratory infection or / and acute asthma attack; 4. No smoking history and exposure history of secondhand smoke, and exhaled carbon monoxide (eBCO) =30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by other respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis and other chronic lung diseases, malignant tumors and uncontrolled severe hypertensive heart disease, severe diabetes, etc.; 2. Those who have undergone cardiopulmonary or thoracic surgery; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Those who have a history of alcohol abuse and drug abuse; 5. Can not cooperate with sputum induction and pulmonary function tests.
