Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 90 years; 2. The course of disease within 7 days; 3. VAS >= 4 points; 4. All patients agreed to participate in the experiment and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to infrared rays, allergic to basic therapeutic drugs; 2. Combine other pains; 3. Combined with other skin diseases, such as eczema, psoriasis, polymorphous erythema, etc.; 4. There are liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with other serious organic diseases; 6. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive agents; 7. History of abuse of opioids.
