Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for children with nephrotic syndrome (1) Aged 8-18 years old; (2) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for nephrotic syndrome (see Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 for details); (3) Agree to sign the informed consent form; (4) Do not take mycophenolate or tacrolimus within 3 months; 2. Healthy adult inclusion criteria: (1) Agree to sign the informed consent form; (2) Aged 18 to 60 years old; (3) Those who have not taken any drugs within 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have chronic infection or active infection (2) Those who have a cold or a fever; (3) Those who have anemia; (4) Those who stayed up late the night before; the girls before and after menstruation; (5) Adults who are pregnant; (6) Those Those who have infectious diseases; (7) Heart, vascular system and other diseases are not suitable for blood donors; (8) Those who have mental illness or depression.
