Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, male or female; 2. Patients with histopathology and/or cytology confirmed, and were MDT diagnosed for non-operative esophageal cancer, including surgical contraindication, rejecting operation, locally advanced and advanced esophageal cancer patients (referring to UICC or AJCC staging of 2017 version 8), at least one measurable lesions for the treatment; 3. The patients are willing to join the study, and sign the informed consent; 4. Patients can benifit from apatinib at the investigator's discretion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with operable esophageal cancer; 2. Allergic to apatinib or its excipients; 3. Pregnant and lactant women; 4. Patients with contraindications for apatinib; 5. The other situation that doctor considered not suitable for enrolling.
