Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Test Anxiety Scale (TAS) is higher than 20.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The therapist conducted a semi-structured interview to ensure that all participants did not have a history of psychiatric or neurological disease, or a current major psychiatric disorder.
