Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the criteria for the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke formulated in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 issued by the Neurological Society of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. The course of disease is less than one month. 3. Naoshuantong capsule prescribed by doctors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other diseases that affect the evaluation of neurological function and life ability.
