Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are informed with informed consent form; 2. Aged 20 to 80 years; 3. Meet one of the five following requirements: (1) Maintainance hemodialysis patients with dialysis age > 3 months and has a sufficient blood flow; (2) Patients diagnosed with RIFLE-Fc or RIFLE-Fu; (3) Patients diagnosed with renal failure together with hepatic insufficiency; (4) Patients diagnosed with MODS.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were treated with medicine containing citrate in the last week; 2. Patients were treated with blood, plasma, or platelet in the last 48 hours; 3. Alkalosis PH > 7.55; 4. Severe lactic acidosis; 5. Patients are estimated to live less than 48 hour; 6. Other factors.
