Age

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, male or female; 2. At least once failure of Hp eradication; 3. Gastroscopy diagnosis of chronic gastritis,with or without gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer healed; 4. The rapid urease test and the urea breath test was positive; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have taken PPIs, H2RAS, antibiotics,bismuth or probiotics in the last 4 weeks; 2. History of hypersensitivity to study drugs; 3. Serious concomitant diseases:heart,lung,liver,kidney,metabolic disease,mental illness or malignant tumors 4. Patients with pregnancy,nursing or fertility programs during the study period; 5. Previous gastric or esophagus surgeries; 6. Previous undergone dual therapy to cure Hp; 7. Culture negative.
