Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed as coronary heart disease. 2. Patients who received PCI treatment from January 2013 to December 2018. 3. Patients with better compliance. 4. Read and sign the written consent form. 5. Alive or dead,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other heart diseases (valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.). 2. Coagulation dysfunction and contraindication of PCI operation. 3. Patients who are allergic to contrast media. 4. Patients who are intolerant of double antiplatelet therapy. 5. Patients with neurological, blood and rheumatic immune system diseases at risk of severe bleeding. 6. Patients with infection (chronic inflammation or acute infection within 2 months). 7. Users of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants. 8. Patient who is pregnant or lactating. 9. Patients with malignant tumor. 10. Patients with expected survival of less than 1 year. 11. During the observation period, other clinical trials (such as drug clinical trials, etc.) affecting the results of this study were included. 12. Patients who are difficult to fully cooperate with the smooth implementation of this study due to the effects of language, mental retardation or mental illness. 13. Severe complications of PCI operation.
