Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of 18 years old or more; 2. Gastroscopy revealed gastric mucosal injury and agreed to be retained gastric mucosa tissue; 3. 13C/14C-urea breath test is positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who had been taking antibiotics for nearly 1 month and had taken PPI within 2 weeks; 2. People who are allergic to PPI, amoxicillin, clarithromycin, furazolidone, pectin bismuth, etc.; 3. People who with severe cardiopulmonary, kidney and liver dysfunction; 4. Gastroscopy showed no organic changes; 5. Gastric carcinoma; 6. A pregnant or lactating woman; 7. Patients with mental illness or severe neurosis who are unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms.
