Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Greater than 18 years old, male or female; 2. Patient with Gram-negative bacilli infection ; 3. Patients treated with polymyxin B for more than 48 hours 4. At least one steady-state plasma concentration can be obtained;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who died within 24 hours after the use of polymyxin B.
