Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Lines of gastroscopy showed gastric mucosal injury, and agreed to retain gastric mucosal tissue; 3. 13C or 14C breath test positive;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking antibiotics in the past 1 month, taking PPI in the past 2 weeks; 2. Being allergic to PPI, amoxicillin, clarithromycin, furazolidone, pectin and other drugs; 3. Serious heart and lung, kidney , liver dysfunction; 4. No adverse changes under gastroscope; 5. Gastroscope prompted gastric cancer; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. With mental illness or severe neurosis, can not express subjective symptoms.
