Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 50-75 years; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria for AD set by the National institute on aging -AD institute (NIA-AA) in 2011; (3) MMSE <= 23?; (4) CDR:1-2; (5) HAMD <17; (6) Hachinski<4; (7) According to the Edinburgh bias test, all are right-handed; (8) Long-term follow-up was agreed and accompanied by qualified informed persons at each follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other neurological diseases and serious diseases of heart, liver, lung and kidney; (2) There are metallic foreign body in the body, such as pacemaker, DBS treatment device, bracket; (3) Those who take benzodiazepines or have a history of drug abuse; (4) Patients with MDD and other severe mental illness.
