Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14-70 years; 2. BMI>=28 kg/m2; 3. Right-handed; 4. All participants agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary obesity caused by other causes: hypothalamic syndrome, pituitary tumor, Cushing's syndrome, hypogonadism, hereditary obesity syndrome and other diseases; 2. Those who are taking weight-loss drugs or using other weight-loss methods and have stopped for less than one month; 3. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant recently for female participant; 4. Patients with severe primary diseases and mental diseases including cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; long-term use of hormone drugsetc; 5. Patients who fail to perform acupuncture and moxibustion at the prescribed time, whose efficacy cannot be judged, or whose incomplete data collection affects the efficacy or safety judgment; 6. Patients suffering from claustrophobia, or metal stent inside the body, unable to complete the MRI examination; 7. Subjects had participated in other clinical trials in the past 4 weeks; 8. The researcher does not consider the subject is suitable for this study.
