50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 75 years; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria for AD set by the National institute on aging -AD institute (NIA-AA) in 2011; 3. MMSE <= 23?; 4. CDR:1-2; 5. HAMD< 17; 6. Hachinski<4; 7. According to the Edinburgh bias test, all are right-handed; 8. Long-term follow-up was agreed and accompanied by qualified informed persons at each follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other neurological diseases and serious diseases of heart, liver, lung and kidney; 2. There are metallic foreign body in the body, such as pacemaker, DBS treatment device, bracket; 3. Those who take benzodiazepines or have a history of drug abuse; 4. Patients with MDD and other severe mental illness; 5. Those who had a history of intracranial surgery; 6. Refusing surgery.
