Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60 years who were going to undergo the ambulatory hysteroscopic surgery under general anesthesia were enrolled; ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cardiac pacemaker, atrial fibrillation upon the admission in the operating room; 2.Subjects taking central nervous system depressants; those with chronic opioid or corticosteroid use; 3.Pregnant patients; 4.Those with a full stomach; 5.Morbidly obese patients [body mass index (BMI)>35kg/m2]; 6.Moderate or severe anemia (Hb<90g/L); 7.Those with liver or renal disease were excluded from the study.
