Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ureteral stones were diagnosed by CT. The diameter of stones was more than 1 cm, or the diameter of stones was larger than that of 6mm for more than 2 weeks. 2. URAN >= 5 / HP. 3. Patients aged 18 to 65 years, male and female, who agreed to ureter surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, poor surgical tolerance. 2. Ear temperature >= 37.5 degree C, uremic sepsis, shock patients. 3. Pregnant, lactating women and those with pregnancy plans in the past 3 months. 4. A person who is allergic to his physique or to the antibiotic composition of the drug. 5. A serious disease (such as malignant tumor, etc.) that affects its survival. 6. According to the researchers' judgment, there are other lesions that reduce the possibility of joining the group or complicated the group, are prone to loss of visit, and those who are unable to give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders.
