65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I~III grade; aged 65 to 85 years; scheduled laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia; all patients and their families were informed and willing to cooperate with the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) there were long-term drinking history, neurological, muscle and endocrine system disease history, mental system disease history: 2) long-term history of antimelancholy and antianxiety and other neuropsychotic drugs; 3) cardiovascular and respiratory major disease history and severe damage of liver and kidney function; 4) patients who could not successfully complete mental function test before operation; 5) patients with body mass index (BMI) less than 18.5 or more than 25.
