28 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged 28 to 65 years; 2) patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy under elective general anesthesia, estimated operation time < 3h; 3) no previous history of anaesthesia; 4) preoperative examination, liver and kidney function, lung function were basically normal; 5) body mass index (BMI) 18 to 25 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Glaucoma; 2) abnormal coagulation function; 3) patients with high risk of hypertension and use of Class A antihypertensive drugs (ARB or ACEI); 4) patients with respiratory diseases (such as asthma, pneumonia, bronchiolitis, etc.) who had respiratory diseases (such as asthma, pneumonia, bronchiolitis, etc.), SpO2 was difficult to maintain in 95% of patients with spontaneous breathing air; 5) patients with myasthenia gravis; 6) patients undergoing thoracotomy; 7) Central nervous system diseases; 8) complicated with other malignant tumors; 9) Anesthesia allergy history; 10) malignant hyperfebrile family history; 11) difficult airway (Mallampati airway grade) Grade III or IV, degree of mouth opening less than 2 transverse fingers, mandatory spondylitis, severe limitation of cervical movement, atlantoaxial dislocation without treatment). 12) patients with poor hearing and difficulty in communication and cooperation.
