Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 80 years. First acute ischemic stroke. Patients with unconditional or high risk of thrombolysis, contraindication of thrombolysis or concerns about thrombolysis. The onset time is within 72 hours (platinum period, acupuncture treatment for 5 days can quickly recover, the curative effect is obvious, easy to study), easy to unify clinical samples, avoid individual differences.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy patients; participate in other drugs or devices clinical trials; patients who have been thrombolysis and thrombectomy; uncertain onset time; GCS score 1.7; arteriovenous malformation on MRI Or hemangioma; life expectancy is less than 3 months; disability caused by any previous reason; cranial imaging suggesting intracranial space; cranial imaging suggesting extensive ischemia or hemorrhage of brain stem; patients with concerns about acupuncture treatment.
