Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Han nationality, 18-50 years old, right-handedness, junior high school education or above; (2) diagnosis of "depressive episode" (diagnostic criteria are the American diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, dsm-iv); (3) Hamilton depression scale (24 items) score 35; (4) a history of at least one attempted suicide.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) accompanied by other mental disorders, such as personality disorder, anxiety disorder, mental retardation, manic episode, schizophrenia, etc.; (2) Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score 14; (3) accompanied by brain organic diseases; (4) depressive symptoms are caused by other organic diseases or drugs; (5) a family history of substance dependence or mental illness; (6) women with contraindications in MRI scanning, pregnancy, lactation and pregnancy preparation; (7) complicated with severe physical diseases. Note: according to the Columbia Classification Algorithm for Suicide Assessment (c-casa) [38], Suicide attempt in this study is defined as: "a person who has the intention to end his/her life, has taken self-harming behavior but has not succeeded, has clear evidence of Suicide attempt or can be inferred from his/her behavior and circumstances". Termination criteria: (1) diagnostic modification occurs; (2) unable to complete homework or absent from CBT for more than 3 weeks; (3) subjects are required to withdraw from this study.
