Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged from 18 to 80 years for colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. poor bowel preparation; 2. colon resection history; 3. recent intestinal obstruction; 4. subjects can not correctly understand the VAS score; 5. subjects can not sign the informed consent.
