Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 4 to 7 years old in a poverty county in Gansu province,who have received nutritional supplements or nutritional supplements plus home visiting services at 6-36 months; 2. Bioglical mother and siblings of the child.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with infections or other diseases confirmed; 2. Factors that may affect research results; 3. Participant's safety considerations; 4. Participants who are known to have failed to comply with the protocol or be on time.
