55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of case group: 1. Male and female aged between 55-85 years old; 2. Having primary school education and above; 3. meeting the core clinical standards of NIA-AA for aMCI; 4. CDR<=0.5; 5. the result of amyloid PET imaging is positive. The Inclusion criteria of health control group: 1. Male and female aged between 55-85 years old; 2. Having primary school education and above; 3. No cognitive decline; 4. CDR=0; 5. the result of amyloid PET imaging is negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of case group: 1. Currently suffering from mental disorders such as organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective psychosis, delusional mental disorders, undetermined psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, substance abuse (including alcohol, psychoactive substances, etc.); 2. Currently suffering from other systemic or brain diseases that can lead to cognitive decline, such as cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, normal pressure hydrocephalus, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, serum folic acid, low vitamin B12 levels, etc.; 3. Clinical diagnosis of dementia. The exclusion criteria of health control group: 1. Currently suffering from severe unstable nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, normal pressure hydrocephalus, etc.; 2. Currently suffering from serious and unstable medical diseases such as heart disease, respiratory disease, kidney disease, digestive system disease, thyroid disease, serum folic acid, and low vitamin B12 levels; 3. Currently suffering from mental disorders such as organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective psychosis, delusional mental disorders, undetermined psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, substance abuse (including alcohol, psychoactive substances, etc.).
