Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were diagnosed as IMH by history, indirect ophthalmoscope and OCT (type). Intraoperative observation and differentiation of macular hole were performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) MH caused by high myopia >= -6d; (2) MH with traumatic or secondary fundus diseases; (3) corneal leukoplakia, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma that cannot be controlled by drugs and other eye diseases that affect vision; (4) MH retinal detachment; (5) previous vitrectomy history; (6) OCT imaging quality is poor, so some parameters cannot be measured; (7) cases that were not closed after the initial operation.
