Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who first diagnose for type 2 diabetes (WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria) and use GLP-1 receptor agonists; 2. patients with GLP-1RAs added after three months of stable hypoglycemic schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients who are allergic to this type of drugs; 3. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases or who have recently taken drugs that cause gastrointestinal disfunction; 4. Patients with severely impaired liver and kidney function; 5. Type 1 diabetes; 6. Patients with the history of pancreatic and thyroid disorders.
