Interventions

parecoxib group:Parecoxib 40 mg intravenous infusion was given 10 minutes before anesthesia induction and at the end of operation, respectively
transverse abdominal plane block (TAP block):Bilateral TAP block was given10 minutes before anesthesia induction
The combined group of parecoxib sodium and transverse abdominal plane block:Parecoxib 40 mg intravenous infusion was given 10 minutes before anesthesia induction and at the end of operation, respectiv
control group:Normal saline 5ml intravenous infusion was given 10 minutes before anesthesia induction and at the end of operation, respectively

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective Pancreatoduodenectomy, aged 60 to 85 years, ASA II-III,18 50kg,education level is primary school and above, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or cognitive function tends to decline in recent one year; 2. Sensitivity to lidocaine,ropivacaine,parecoxib sodium for injection or other NSAIDs or sulfonamides; 3. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Patients with congestive heart failure (NYHA II-IV); 5. Patients with identified ischemic heart disease, peripheral arteries and/or brain vascular diseases; 6. Patients with severe liver function impairment (serum albumin 10); 7.Patients with severe mental illness, taking sedative or antidepressant drugs, drug or alcohol abuse or used NSAIDs one day before operation; 8. Patients with communication disorders; 9. TAP block is taboo due to local infection.
