Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Selective painless gastroscopy; 2. ASA class I ~ II; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. Gender free; 5. The estimated inspection time is 5-15 minutes; 6. The patient himself informed and signed or his family members signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Had a history of heart surgery; 2. Neurological and psychiatric disorders; 3. Long-term use of large sedatives or antidepressants; 4. The fluctuation range of body weight was more than ± 20% of standard body weight. 5. A history of alcohol abuse, drug use or drug dependence; 6. Severe hearing, visual impairment or motor impairment; 7. Noncompliance with preoperative tests, inability to communicate, and inability to complete postoperative follow-up.
