Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Non AF GroupL 1. Aged 18-85 years, Male or female; 2. No prior AF history, 12 lead EKG or hotler shown no AF 3. Understand and sign consent AF Group 1 Aged 18-85 years, Male or female; 2 Confirmed AF status through twelve lead Electrocardiogram (EKG); Confirm AF Status through Hotler; Past medical history shown the diagnosis of AF/flutter. 3 AF history >= 1 year. 4. Understand and sign consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Illiteracy , dyslexia, or severe visual deficits. 2 History of overt stroke. 3 Any significant disorders that can impaired mental function, including any type of dementia (Alzheimer Disease, Frontal Temporal Dementia, Parkinson), Any severe psychological Disorder (Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder), Any severe Metabolic disorder (Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism). 4 Any long-term drug history that can impaired mental function, including Antipsychotic drug (SSRIs, Benzodiazepines, interferons). 5 Previously Taken IGT. 6 Pregnancy. 7 Currently enrolled in other clinical trials.
