2:Treatment with low dose of Penehyclidine phydrochloride + conventional therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Different degrees of muscle swelling, muscle weakness and myalgia; 2. The peak value of serum CK increased 5 times higher than normal value, or >1000U/L; 3. Laboratory examination: high phosphorus, high potassium, low calcium, metabolic acidosis; 4. High decomposition and metabolism; 5. AKI with acute tubular interstitial lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe basic diseases such as coronary heart disease, hepatic cirrhosis, COPD, etc.; 2 Have a history of muscle and nervous system disease; 3 Patients with concomitant infection.
