Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients diagnosed as PACD. 2 The anterior chamber did not deepen after LPI, or patients with acute glaucoma attack after LPI, or UBM showed non-pupil block, the success rate of LPI was low. 3 Transparency or mild opacity of lens. 4 Obvious opacity of the lens, but the patient refused to undergo cataract surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 uncontrollable hypertension (systolic pressure > 180 mmHg, diastolic pressure > 100 mmHg); 2 Poor control of blood glucose (fasting blood glucose > 10 mmol/L, 2 hours after meal glucose sugar > 15 mmol/L); 3 ocular active inflammation; 4 Patients with history of organ transplantation, such as corneal transplantation, kidney transplantation, bleeding tendency and systemic multiple organ failure; 5 Uniocular patients. 6 There are serious heart, brain, kidney and lung diseases, advanced cancer.
