Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. gestational age of 16-24 weeks; 2. single pregnancy; 3. having the first or the second baby; 4. signed inform consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. having pregnancy complications; 2. not a smartphone user; 3. participating in other clinical trials.
