Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Patients with hip fracture undergoing lumbar anesthesia 3. ASA class I ~ III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of intravertebral surgery; 2. Patients with scoliosis history; 3. Patients with speech communication disorder cannot complete the comfort test; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients who refused to participate in the study; 6. Change to patients with epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia.
