Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 60 years; (2) Education: >= 6 years; (3) Non-video game players: not play video games and exgergames in the past 6 months; (4) Minimum Mental State Examination (MMSE) >= 24 points; (5) General cognitive function, normal physical function and good mental health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Visual or hearing impairment and limb dysfunction; (2) The lower limbs have had surgery; (3) Hypertension without medication and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) Regular exercise: regular exercise in the past 6 months; (5) Individuals diagnosed with various neurological or psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, Parkinson's disease, mild cognitive impairment, and various types of dementia.
