Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selective patients undergoing cardiac surgery with ASA II-III and NYHA II-III grading of cardiac function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refused, liver and kidney dysfunction, chest deformity could not be performed nerve block, left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%. Postoperative cognitive dysfunction.
