Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical manifestations: back pain, limited movement, radiation-induced pain in the lower limbs, numbness and weakness, intermittent claudication, etc. Physical examination may have positive straight leg elevation test; 2. CT findings: hypertrophy and hyperplasia of lumbar endplate area and vertebral facet joints, narrowing of joint space and other degenerative changes; 3. bone scan showed obvious bone tracer uptake in the lumbar endplate and vertebral joint; 4. voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. lumbar muscle strain; 2. myofascitis and ligamentitis; 3. lumbar fracture: definite history of trauma; 4. infectious diseases of the lumbar spine; 5. lumbar neoplastic lesions: the patient often has a history of malignant tumor, and CT shows bone destruction; 6. intervertebral disc disease: intervertebral disc disease can also cause lower back pain by pressing on local nerves, which can be differentiated by CT images and bone scans without high metabolism; 7. spinal stenosis: compression of local nerves can also cause lower back pain, bone scan did not show high metabolism can be identified; Serious diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys, hematopoietic system and immune system; 8. gastric ulcer and gastric bleeding; 9. intellectual and mental disorders, inability to judge pain, activity and general conditions, and inability to complete the questionnaire independently.
