Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Untreated alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma patients confirmed by pathology; 2. Patients aged 14 years old and younger; 3. Determined as the middle or high-risk risk group according to Intergroup Rhabdomyosarcoma Study Group (IRSG); 4. Requirements for main organs' functions: normal cardiac function (cardiac ejection fraction >50%); Liver function: alanine aminotransferase <= 5 ULN; bilirubin <=3 ULN; Renal function: creatinine level was normal at the corresponding age; 5. Guardians agreed and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had suffered from other tumors; 2. Patients who had received chemotherapy or radiation; 3. Patients with one or more critical organs failure such as heart, brain, kidney failure.
