18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-60 years old; 2. Make sure that the pathological diagnosis is head and neck tumor; 3. Radiotherapy, including postoperative radiotherapy and combined chemoradiotherapy; 4. Receiving the minimum dose of at least 60Gy or radiotherapy alone for at least six weeks; 5. Can be followed up for at least three months; 6. Ability to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from mental illness or taking psychotropic drugs; 2. speech and hearing impairment, intellectual and emotional impairment, cognitive dysfunction; 3. severe malnutrition before radiotherapy; 4. organic brain disease (unable to complete the questionnaire effectively); 5. Heart, liver and kidney failure.
