Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: symptoms and/or signs of heart failure (typical symptoms: dyspnea, seated breathing, nocturnal parapnea, reduced exercise tolerance, fatigue, and ankle edema;Specific signs: jugular vein filling/anger tension, third heart sound running horse law, apical pulsation left displacement, etc.) and normal ejection fraction (LVEF>=50%)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: primary cardiomyopathy (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, invasive cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, right ventricular cardiomyopathy); Constrictive pericarditis; Hyperdynamic status (anemia, pregnancy, hyperthyroidism, arteriovenous fistula); Valvular disease of the heart (stenosis, moderate to severe regurgitation); Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary embolism;History of myocardial infarction; Renal insufficiency (GFR<30ml/ (min*1.73m2)); Systemic diseases or other diseases that can explain the symptoms of the patient.
